This work began in a place you may find yourself.
I was parenting a child whose way of being stretched the limits of every system around us.
Nothing fit.
Nothing made sense.
And none of the solutions I was offered matched the reality we were living.
Again and again, I found myself trying strategies that were meant to help - only to find they either didn’t work, or stopped working just as quickly.
Everything seemed to ask more time, more energy, more capacity than I actually had.
For a long time, I tried to follow what was recommended.
I did the courses.
I tried the strategies.
But the real shift didn’t come from finding the “right” approach.
It came when I stopped trying to shape our life around what this kind of parenting was supposed to look like and began paying closer attention to what was actually true for us.
My child’s needs.
My own capacity.
The rhythms that allowed our days to feel possible.
I learned to parent in the in-between—
between shutdown and softening,
between pressure and possibility,
between survival and connection.
What once felt like challenges or limitations began to be understood differently not as problems to fix, but as information.
As guides for how our life needed to be shaped.
And from there, things began to change.
Life became lighter.
Our days began to flow.
Parenting stopped feeling like something I was constantly managing—
and started to feel like something we could actually live inside.
This work grew from that shift.
I don’t teach strategies. I don’t promise fixes. And I don’t believe your child is a problem.
Instead, I support you to step out of frameworks that don’t fit and begin shaping a way of being that genuinely supports both you and your child.
Together, we focus on what is true for your family your child, your capacity, your values and build from there.
At the heart of this work is a simple belief:
Every child, and every parent, deserves to belong in the life they are living.
Because that's what I hope this work becomes for you, too—not another thing to hold, but a space that leaves you feeling more held.
I’m Sarah, and I’m really glad you’re here
